Rialto's Market in Venice


The program 

Monday: we start with an 'Aperitivo' and a welcome dinner
Tuesday: Visit to the Rialto Market which is a Foodie's Paradise and getting inspired for cooking. Tour of some "Bacaro" for aperitif and fun. Lunch in one of the best and authentic venitian restaurant. After lunch we'll walk to Piazzale Roma, discovering Venice on the run. Back to the Glamping we'll have some rest and then we'll start the cooking class in the beautiful, romantic kitchen and have dinner in a cosy dining-room.

Wednesday: We'll leave after breakfast and visit  a wine-cellar in the Prosecco area,  and have lunch in one of their beautiful restaurants, local and traditional food of the Veneto region.
Back-home for some rest before cooking class and dinner.
Thursday: After  a delicious breakfast we'll head to Venice were a private boat will take us to the isle of St. Erasmo which is the vegetable garden of Venice. The Isle is known for the incredible quality of their products so we'll visit the only wine cellar in Venice, taste their wine and shop directly from producers.
Lunch at a fine starred restaurant on the Isle of Mazzorbo and back home. As this is an intense day you'll have the night free. But you'll find a basket in your room with enough goodies to taste sitting on the terrace  watching the sunset and sipping some wine.

Friday: After Breakfast we'll head again to Venice to visit another isle: Torcello. It has only 10 inhabitants and it is a real authentic corner of paradise. We'll take a guided tour of the isle and have lunch at the Locanda il Ponte del Diavolo. Some rest in the afternoon and then cooking class and dinner.
Saturday: I'd like to take you visit Chioggia, also known as "The little Venice". There's a wonderful fish market every day, light lunch in a restaurant and then for the last night we'll prepare a luxurious dinner with all kind of fish and lots of Prosecco.
Sunday: after a very special breakfast it will be time to say good-bye.

The fee is 3.150,00 euros, for single room an addition of 500,00 is required.

What's included:I think that not to have to think about money during your holidays is really relaxing so from the moment you arrive till your departure you will not need to care about it as everything is included during your stay. What's not included? Your fairtrade, travel assurance and personal shopping.
